This is the reason why I hate it when certain people try to brag that they can get things done cheaper back home or that everybody else is paying a premium to get things done outside of a certain country.

Just because you used to work for pittance (or outsource it to somebody) does not mean the rest of that country are willing to work for the same price.

Some of your own countrymen are guilty of perpetuating this myth.
