There is a back exercise called McGill Big 3. I have used it a few times when the other back treatment like massage or foam rollers do not work.
I hate that the fact that instead of failing part by part, my body plays whack a mole with several parts. Which will fade as soon as you get the strength to hobble or crawl to the doctor. Or there is something special about the air on public transportation.
