The problem is not just that the job description sounds easy. Everybody and their parents have gone thought the education system so they think they know how to teach.

They do not want to talk about children with special needs unless it is their own children. They do not want their flesh and blood to be sheltered from the realities of life.

"There is no royal road to learning"
