The management will not let anybody sharing their decision making. The solution might be the manager needs to go to the front and give a hand. Or that the manager's job needs to be eliminated.

Or that the company's recruitment process is so messed up the employee is better off leaving.

The point is that companies are like children. They hate taking medicine but say yes to a spoonful of sugar. Or pop a painkiller.
