The Chinese have a term for this. Loosely translated as career illness. Or the fact that you brought your work home unconsciously.

Then children get additional classes because their mothers forget that school has ended.

Or certain families get 24-hour sermons.

It is similar trap of thinking that the world needs is everybody to have the same job or education.
