That is why I hate those medical insurance for outpatient visits. It is only when you see the doctor that you learn that some medication not not covered. Or the doctor will request that you return in a few days instead of giving one week dosage. There were no antibiotics or painkilling medication involved. This incident was a decade ago so it was not like they were tracking what I was down with.
