Outside their denomination?
I expect many churches to look at this requirement and laugh. If the pastor can seek "outside" help, what is stopping the congregation from asking for the same "outside" help and cutting out the middleman?
I think that too many people have taught that the bible (or their church authority) is the last words in life.
