One of my pet peeves.

Boss thinks that one of his hand-me-down or ancient devices is a precious heirloom or unbreakable tool. Even if it is rusty and falling apart.

When the junk finally breaks, acts like employees are too entitled and should start carrying their own weight.

"Bend your knees and don't bend your back. You should be able to carry that. Don't need to buy a trolley."
