My suggestion is not to discriminate against startups since there are many companies that have a problem "growing up" even after a decade. Even some with more than a hundred people.

Some bosses like to think that many things are free. Free software. Free subscription.

The other point is that job description or not, some bosses like to think that their staff are just glorified PAs.
