Mr Invisible is actual a super hero. We have all heard his or her exploits. The stories are usually exaggerated for effect.

If he or she makes an appearance, it is usually very short like Batman in the the Dark Knight Rises. Then disappears to continue the legend. It may be historical, it may be fiction. There are rumors that some incidents were above the law. But it is seldom boring.
