Is there a saying if you want something done, give it to the busy person?

The problem is not that busy person is not efficient as much as as people like to throw work at the busy person as a small "favour".

The solution is learning to say NO. More important for introverts than asking for help.

Or like an economist taught me. Charge for your time. Suddenly, you will find yourself very free.
