I think that the problem is not solved with punches because some people like punching others without reason. This will legitimatize their violence.

A better punishment will be that everybody can decide if another person should donate a small sum like 10 dollars to charity.

This will shut all the loud mouth billionaires and millionaires. Donations are not tax deductible.
