I don't think that a mugshot is fair to be called photographic history. I see it as a poker face as long as Trump is not convicted. Especially when Trump is likely to having more mugshots taken.

The photo after the verdict should be the one for history.

It is like taking pregame photos and then saying that is photographic history. I would suggest watching the game and then taking the photo when the losing side gives up or loses. Or the winning side celebrates.
