I am sure a boss is now thinking of adding his or her own family on to the writing department and asking them to type queries into ChatGPT. And then filtering their works through another AI to remove traces of the AI's work.

The issue will be proving that the work is AI or not.

It is just like how drug company do when their drug patent is running out and they turn to evergreening their patents.
