I am one of the readers that are very interested in not smelling without showering.
I read the article and I apparently came to a different conclusion. He was still using a deodorant while he stopped showering.
When he quit cold turkey, he just asked his friends to smell if he had a problem. This is hardly a rigorous test of any kind. BO could be due to many things like diet or lifestyle.
He also mentioned a company called AOBiome. This company's story is famous about the scientist seeing a horse rolling in the dirt. But after two decades, their products are still undergoing testing. The products have other uses like fixing acne or rosacea. There is still no OTC spray for BO for people who do not want to shower.
