That is why I am looking into using AI to answer calls. The other issue with unknown calls is that if you are looking for a job, some ancient companies would still like to call to check if you are an actual person.

The other issue I hate is for a bank to ask me to do a transaction online and then waste my time with a call trying to do the same thing. I can understand the verification part but not the requesting to understand the purpose of the transaction. Especially if I had typed the reason on their portal because it would not let me complete the transaction without a reason.
